Youngsoft generally follows an Agile Development methodology, and in some cases, projects may be conducive to blending Agile with Waterfall approaches in order to achieve the desired outcome. Projects can be addressed on a T&M, or via a Fixed-Bid basis.
Project execution teams can be on-site, near-site, as well as off-shore, depending on the client’s specific work requirements and budgetary preferences, and many projects have been delivered by combining these models with specific high level resources on site (for example Program Managers and/or Project Managers), and the balance of the Development Team positioned off-shore, resulting in a much more cost-effective overall hourly average rate.
